Doctor Oli’s Einkorn Bread Recipe


  • 6 cups of einkorn flour

  • 1 teaspoon of active yeast

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/3 cup of chopped hazelnuts

  • 1/3 cup of chopped walnuts

  • 1/3 cup of slivered almonds

  • 1/2 cup of sesame seeds

  • 1/3 cup of whole flaxseeds

    (The cool thing about this recipe is that it is basically just a ratio. You can select the nuts and seeds as you wish.

    Other options include pecans, pistachios, macadamia nuts, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, etc.

    You could also add Young Living’s Organic Dried Wolfberries)

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (adjust your temperature as needed)

  2. Grease a loaf pan (mine was about 4.5x11 inches) with avocado oil

  3. Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl

  4. Start adding water slowly while mixing, until it feels like dough

  5. Place the dough into the loaf pan

  6. Let it stand for about 30 minutes to rise

  7. Sprinkle some of your seeds or nuts (I used more slivered almonds and sesame seeds) on top

  8. Make a shallow slit down the middle lengthwise

  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and bread sounds hollow when tapped.

  10. Enjoy!
